I just bought the video for downloading and the link that is shown states "Watch Video". When I click on it however I am sent to a page with "Watch the trailer" on it. How do I watch and download the full video?

How do you DOWNLOAD the file? I am wanting to download it, so i can put it on my TV. (already purchased)

Immediately after buying the video there was only a link to the trailer of the video. It wasn't until I closed the browser and then opened it again via the link in the email, that I was given access to the full video. There is clearly a delay between availability and buying.
Bought the video. It will not download. Followed the steps. Really unfortunate. I know its only $3.99 but I would like it back. Seems strange that it is this challenging to watch
